We allow print, ejournal and book chapter photocopies/scans. We deliver and receive copy requests via our contact email.  

Media Loans: 

We allow loans of DVDs, and audiodiscs but only within B.C. and requests are submitted/received by email not through SHAREit (Illume).

Charges/Fees 

Non-returnable Copy charges (outside of Illume): 

Both loan and copy requests are free for BC ELN partner libraries if processed via the ILLume system (SHAREit or ISO-partner software). For requests from outside B.C. the charges are $10.00 per request or reciprocal rates. 

Renewals: 

We allow one renewal. 

Replacement charges: 

Cost of item plus $15 processing charge.
